The Fine Print

• New patient rewards (“Referred”) listed on referral card are valid to first-time clients for one (1) complete pair of designer eyewear OR one (1) pair of Awesome Deal Package eyewear. Referral card has no cash value.

• Current patients (“Referring”) must use their highest accrued referral discount within 14 months of the date their first Referred client completes payment of their eyewear. After this period, their rewards tier will be lowered by one step.

• Referring rewards are non-transferable.
